I live with this skyline. The classic is from the Pest quay or from Buda above the river: Parliament and the Chain Bridge in one frame, lights already on, the Danube holding a second copy. Gellért Hill and the Fisherman’s Bastion are the wide views; the Liberty Bridge and the inner districts are better if you want streets instead of a postcard.
Evening is the easy one — sunset, then blue, then tram lights. Morning is quieter and often sharper in winter air. Watch wind on the open bridges; a long exposure there is a lottery. Times are local, Europe/Budapest, including daylight saving.
