The Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia from the park, Galata from the far bank, the Bosphorus ferries as light trails — Istanbul is a blue-hour city because the monuments are lit and the water repeats them. Minarets against a deep sky is the obvious frame and still a good one. Expose for the sky; the floodlights are brighter than you think.
