Now it is possible! I've finally added a long waited feature into bluehoursite.com. Now it is possible to select a different date. If you like to plan your trips and you seriously want to take that blue hour photo in the right time, anywhere won't be a problem anymore! You can find the new date picker right under the map, just select the day or month (or year, if you a lucky one and already planning your next year agenda ).

Let me report some statistics that the little blue hour community growing nicely! We have already more than 250 amazing (and they are really amazing!) photos on the flickr gallery (click to visit and share) from almost 100 members. The facebook page is growing too, you can join by simply clicking on the "like" below.
